Individual Therapy is a space just for you, to authentically show up where you won’t be judged, made to feel ashamed, and is confidential.
We will go at your own pace, exploring what has brought you to therapy, helping you understand emotional patterns, past experiences, and the parts of you shaped by them.
Whether its for exploring childhood trauma, general anxiety, PTSD, stress, BPD, or relationship issues, together we’ll agree on a individualized approach to get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
Couples & Relationships Therapy
Couples therapy provides a compassionate confidential space to explore patterns that may be creating distance or conflict in your relationship. I help partners better understand each other’s emotions, improve communication, and break cycles we feel stuck in.
Using an integrative, trauma-informed approach, we work to uncover deeper needs, where miscommunication is coming from and how to approach conflict in a respectful pragmatic manner.
