My Approach
Collaborative
Therapy works best when we work together. One of the biggest catalysts for change is when you find a good fit with your therapist.
Together we’ll work through what has brought you to therapy, and while I’ll guide you through sessions, you are also an active part in the collaborative process during sessions, making decisions, and treatment plans.
Integrative
I use an integrative approach, combining Psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. This means our work is tailored to you.
Together we’ll find where stress, anxiety, exhaustion, sadness, anger, and fear are rooted, and working together to lighten the load.
Nothing is too big or too small to bring into therapy. Nothing is “too much” or “too uncomfortable” for us to talk about.

Couples Therapy - $195
I believe that access to therapy should not be limited to cost. I have reduced sliding scale rates available, please contact me for more information.

Psychotherapy is covered by most insurance providers, please contact yours directly to insure you have coverage.
You will receive a receipt at the end of every session to submit to your insurance provider.

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and what has brought you to therapy.
We will go over history, goals, and expectations with therapy. Together we’ll collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan.
